A. Preparatory Activities
Review the use of courteous expressions in greeting others.
Have each pupil get a partner, hen shake hands together.
While doing this, they say the dialogue with different feelings like being happy, sad, angry, afraid, etc.
Hello! How are you?
Hi! I’m fine, thank you
a. Ask: Do you help your mother at home?
In what way do you help her?
Present the poem “Helping Mother”
I love little sister, kind and good.
I bathe her and prepare her food.
I put her to be when mother is away?
I look after her in every way.
I tie a ribbon to her hair so fair.
And make a dress, too, for her doll to wear
I watch her closely when she’s at play,
To see that no harm comes her way.
